By car

From Tokyo

1. 230 km (4 hours approx.) from Tokyo to Hamamatsu Exit on Tomei Expressway

3. From Irako Lake to Toba by Ise-wan Bay Ferry takes 55 minutes.
4. From Toba, take National Route 167 for 22 km (30 min. approx.) to reachShima City Hall.

Access from Nagoya and Osaka

1. From Nagoya, take Higashimeihan Motorway for 1 hour and 10 min. From Osaka, take Nishimeihan Motorway for 2 hours to Seki JCT.
2. From Seki JCT, take Ise Motorway to Ise Exit for 56 min. approx.
3. From Ise Exit, take Ise Road for 17 km (30 min. approx.)
4. Take National Route 167 for 7 km (10 min. approx.) to Shima City Hall.
