Free Reusable Items（English、中文版、ภาษาไทย）

Starting in June 2024, items brought to the Daio and Ago cleanup centres that are deemed reusable will be set aside for a limited time and offered to the public for free. This initiative is a trial to reduce the growing amount of bulky waste and encourage the use of things with care for them to last. It also serves as a step toward achieving a decarbonised society by 2050, aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 11 and 12). We ask for your understanding and cooperation as the bulky waste you bring in may be reused to help reduce waste and make effective use of resources.

As of September 3, 2025, all items in stock have been claimed.

How to Apply

1. Application

If you find an item you want on the website (which is generally updated on Mondays—or Tuesdays if there are many items—and Thursdays at 1 p.m., which is the first business day after the bulky waste collection day), please apply by phone (72-3718) during office hours or by email (kankyogomitaisaku@city.shima.lg.jp) outside of office hours. Applications are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. If you apply by email, you must include the item number, your full name, and your phone number.

2. Pickup

Please pick up your item within one week of your application at the Daio Cleanup Center during office hours or during bulky waste reception hours (8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the first and third Sunday of the month). You may have someone pick up the item on your behalf, but they will be required to write down the phone number you provided during your application, and we will verify the identity of the person picking up the item.

Important Notes

1. We take photos to show the overall condition of the items, but minor scratches and damage may not be visible.

2. Once an item has been handed over, we cannot accept returns, even if it is damaged or broken.

3. If you dispose of an item you received from us as bulky waste in the future, it will be treated as regular bulky waste and you will be charged for disposal.

4. We do not offer delivery services or vehicle rentals.

5. The general rule is one item per household, per application. If you applied for more than one item, we will contact you after the application deadline.

6. Items are not to be used for resale. If we discover this, you will be prohibited from future applications.

7. Please note that some items may still be listed even if they have already been claimed.

ตั้งแต่เดือนมิถุนายน ปีพ.ศ. 2567 เมืองชิมะได้เริ่มโครงการทดลองโดยเก็บรักษาสิ่งของจากขยะชิ้นใหญ่ที่ถูกนำมาทิ้งที่ศูนย์กำจัดขยะไดโอ และศูนย์กำจัดขยะอาโกะ ซึ่งยังสามารถนำกลับมาใช้ใหม่ได้ เพื่อมอบให้แก่ผู้ที่ต้องการโดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่าย

โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อลดปริมาณขยะชิ้นใหญ่ที่เพิ่มขึ้นทุกปี รวมถึงเพื่อส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนตระหนักถึงการใช้สิ่งของให้คุ้มค่าและยาวนาน และเพื่อมุ่งสู่การสร้างสังคมปลอดคาร์บอนในปี 2050 ตามเป้าหมาย SDGs ข้อ 11 และ 12

จึงขอแจ้งว่าขยะชิ้นใหญ่ที่ท่านนำมาทิ้ง อาจได้รับการรียูสเพื่อนำกลับมาใช้ใหม่

ขั้นตอนการสมัคร

【การสมัคร】

เมื่อมีการอัปโหลดรายการสิ่งของบนเว็บไซต์ (โดยหลักคือวันจันทร์ หรือหากมีของมากจะเป็นวันอังคาร หรือวันพฤหัสบดี เวลา 13:00 น. ของวันทำการถัดไปหลังจากรับขยะชิ้นใหญ่)

หากท่านสนใจสิ่งของใด ให้ติดต่อทางโทรศัพท์หมายเลข 0599-72-3718 (เฉพาะในเวลาทำการ) หรือ

ทางอีเมลที่ kankyogomitaisaku@city.shima.lg.jp

กรณีส่งอีเมล ต้องระบุหมายเลขของสิ่งของ (物品No.) ชื่อ-นามสกุล และหมายเลขโทรศัพท์

【ขั้นตอนการรับของ】

หลังจากสมัครแล้ว ภายใน 1 สัปดาห์ ท่านจะต้องมารับของที่ ศูนย์กำจัดขยะไดโอ (Daio Clean Center)

สามารถมารับได้ในเวลาทำการ หรือในวันรับขยะชิ้นใหญ่ (วันอาทิตย์ที่ 1 และ 3 ของเดือน เวลา 08:30–12:00 น.)

สามารถมอบอำนาจให้ผู้อื่นมารับแทนได้ แต่ในวันรับของ จะต้องระบุหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ที่ให้ไว้ตอนสมัคร และจะมีการตรวจสอบตัวตนของผู้รับด้วย

ข้อควรระวัง

1. มีการถ่ายรูปเพื่อให้เห็นภาพรวมของสิ่งของ แต่อาจหลุดรอดรอยขีดข่วนหรือความเสียหายเล็กน้อยได้

2. หลังจากรับของไปแล้ว ไม่สามารถคืนได้ แม้จะพบว่าเสียหายหรือใช้งานไม่ได้

3. หากต้องการทิ้งสิ่งของที่ได้รับ ต้องจ่ายค่าธรรมเนียมการทิ้งเช่นเดียวกับขยะชิ้นใหญ่ทั่วไป

4. ไม่มีบริการขนส่งหรือให้ยืมรถยนต์

5. โดยหลักแล้ว 1 ครัวเรือนได้ 1 ชิ้นต่อครั้ง หากต้องการมากกว่า 1 ชิ้น จะได้รับการติดต่อหลังหมดเขตรับสมัคร

6. ห้ามนำไปขายต่อ หากพบการกระทำดังกล่าว จะถูกปฏิเสธในครั้งถัดไป

7. อาจมีการแสดงสิ่งของที่มีคนจองไว้แล้วบนเว็บไซต์

自2024年6月起,凡运送至大王清扫中心及阿儿清扫中心的大件垃圾中,经判定为可再利用的物品,将在限定期限内保留,并免费提供给有需要的市民。此举旨在减少逐年増加的大件垃圾排放,提升公众对物品珍惜与延长使用寿命的意识,同时作为实现2050年脱碳社会目标及联合国可持续发展目标（SDG 11与12）的一环。为有效减少垃圾、合理利用资源,您所搬运的大件垃圾也可能被再利用,敬请市民理解与配合。

截至2025年9月3日,所有库存物品均已被领取完毕。

申请与领取流程

【申请】

若您在网站上看到欲领取的物品（原则上每周一或周四下午1点更新,如物品较多则可能在周二更新,更新时间为大件垃圾接收日的次一个工作日）,可通过电话（72-3718,仅限工作时间）或电子邮件（kankyogomitaisaku@city.shima.lg.jp,仅限非工作时间）申请,先到先得。请务必在邮件中注明物品编号、姓名及联系电话。

【领取】

请在申请后一周内前往大王清扫中心领取物品。领取时间为工作时间或大件垃圾接收时间（每月第1及第3个周日上午8:30至12:00）。可委托他人代领,但领取时需填写申请时提供的电话号码,并进行身份确认。

注意事项

1. 网站所示照片仅供参考,无法保证呈现所有细微划痕或损伤。
2. 物品交付后如出现损坏或故障,恕不退换。
3. 若将领取物品再次作为大件垃圾丢弃,将按一般大件垃圾处理,需支付处理费用。
4. 本服务不提供配送及车辆借用。
5. 原则上每户每次限申请一件物品。若申请两件以上,将在申请截止后另行通知。
6. 以转卖为目的的申请将不予受理,一经发现,将取消今后申请资格。
7. 网站上可能仍会显示已被领取的物品,敬请留意。
