On Mondays (excluding holidays), the Resident Section is open for extended hours to provide services such as issuing various forms of identification. However, services regarding residence changes are not provided during extended hours. Please see below for more details.

Every Monday (Excluding Holidays) 17:15～19:00 at Shima City Hall 1F Counter 1  

Services Provided:
Issuing various identification documents such as Jūminhyō (Address Registries), Family Registry (Koseki) Related Documents, Inkan (Personal Seal) Registration Documents, and certain Tax Forms.
